THE BANDITS WAY
At Bandits The Outlaws, we don't believe in one-click purchases and mystery deliveries. Unlike conventional online stores, every order is placed directly through WhatsApp. This allows us to provide a more personal, transparent, and accurate shopping experience. Many of the pieces we source come from limited surplus inventories, where multiple units of the same garment may exist with slight variations in condition, tags, or minor imperfections. Rather than sending a random piece from a shelf, we prefer to show you exactly what is available before your order is confirmed.

Browse the collection and find a piece you love. Click the "Order on WhatsApp" button. We'll personally confirm availability and share photographs of the exact item reserved for you. Any imperfections, alterations, or condition-related details will be disclosed before payment is requested. Once you're satisfied, we'll confirm your order and arrange shipment.

• The item you receive will be the exact piece shown in the product photographs.
• All orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
• Any visible imperfections, marks, repairs, or defects will be clearly shown and mentioned in the product listing whenever applicable.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following rare situations:

• You receive an incorrect item.
• You receive an item with a major defect that was not disclosed in the product listing.

Every piece at Bandits The Outlaws is individually inspected and assigned a condition grade before being listed.

GRADE A+ | PRISTINE
The highest standard available. No visible defects, repairs, stains, or alterations.

GRADE A | ARCHIVE
Excellent wearable condition with no significant defects. Fully presentable and structurally sound.

GRADE B | CHARACTER
Pieces with minor cosmetic or manufacturing imperfections (e.g. minor stains, loose stitching). All imperfections will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
